Monday night's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County was a weepy one as the cast let the tears flow throughout the episode. Meghan is now well on her way to becoming a mom to her first child, a baby girl, later this fall. Still, she said that all of those emotions came rushing back to her as she relived that heartbreaking moment. "It’s hard for me to watch this scene back," Meghan tweeted during the episode Monday night. "I’m so grateful Jimmy could be there with me."
She added, "I’m currently 7th months pregnant and have enjoyed every second, but the loss of the other baby felt so real."
Some fans were also pleasantly surprised to see Meghan's usually gruff and tough husband Jim Edmonds being so sweet and compassionate during that scene. "I think he forgot there were cameras around," Meghan joked on Twitter.
